Shipping & Order Processing

Order Processing

All orders placed through the Aedela Shopify store are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD

• Express Shipping: $12.95 AUD

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are supplied by our shipping carriers and are indicative only.

• Standard domestic delivery: 3–7 business days

• Express delivery times may vary depending on location

International Shipping

International shipping options may be available depending on your location.

Delivery times vary by country and are subject to customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Aedela is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

You can also track your order using the link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier and are outside of Aedela’s direct control.

If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for 10 business days or more, please contact us at admin@aedela.com and we will assist with lodging an enquiry or claim with the carrier where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Aedela is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
